Refund Policy

Our 30-day money-back guarantee ensures that you can shop with confidence. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your product, you have 30 days from the day you receive it to return it for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, please make sure the item is in good condition and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@EssentielConfort.com. All refunds will be processed via the original payment method used at checkout.

Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please let us know immediately at support@EssentielConfort.com, providing your order number. We’ll be happy to replace the defective item at no cost. Please include your order number in the email to help expedite the return process.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order after payment has been processed, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably before the shipment is sent, which usually occurs within 1 to 2 business days. Once the order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, and you will need to return the item to receive a refund.

Change of Mind / Exchanges

For any change of mind or exchanges, please contact us at support@EssentielConfort.com during the 30-day refund period. Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind after the 30-day period has expired.

Never Received

If the tracking for your order indicates that your shipment has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within a week of the delivery date. We will investigate the situation and may issue a refund or replacement on a case-by-case basis.

How long will it take to process my return?

Regarding return processing time, we aim to complete the process within two days of receiving the returned item. However, during peak periods, it may take a little longer. Additionally, please allow three to seven business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

Warranty Subject
In addition to the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days, Grounding-Sheet offers a purely commercial "Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back" warranty of 30 days (hereinafter referred to as the "30-Day Guarantee"). This allows the Customer to obtain, under certain conditions, a refund for the Product if it does not meet their expectations.

Eligibility Conditions
The Customer must have ordered the Product for strictly personal and non-professional use.
The Product must have been used in accordance with its instructions for use, under normal conditions.
The Product must not have been damaged due to improper handling, an accident, negligence, or an attempt to modify it.
The Customer must be able to provide the purchase invoice as well as any reasonable proof of use of the Product.
The Customer must not have already exercised the 30-Day Guarantee for the same Product in the past 365 days.

Exclusions
The following are excluded from the 30-Day Guarantee:
Personalized items, consumables, perishable or quickly deteriorating products, as well as any item without original packaging.
Digital files already downloaded (software, e-books, etc.) for which the transaction is considered consumed upon download.
Products showing signs of excessive wear beyond normal use.
Products returned incomplete or without original packaging.
Any order placed by a Customer whose account has been flagged or identified as abusive, or who has had a previous unresolved dispute with Grounding-Sheet.

Procedure to Benefit from the 30-Day Guarantee
The Customer must contact customer service before any return, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the Product, by sending a detailed email to support@EssentielConfort.com, indicating the order number, the specific reasons why the Product is unsatisfactory, as well as any photos or evidence of use of the Product under normal conditions (screenshots, testimonials, etc.).

The customer service team will analyze the request and may require additional information, such as the date and frequency of use, the overall visual condition of the Product, and any elements that can verify compliance with usage instructions.
If the request is deemed valid, customer service will provide the return address to the Customer for the complete return of their order.
The Customer then has 7 business days to return the Product, at their own expense, to the address indicated by customer service, including the NAR, invoice, and any required documentation.

Refund Fees and Terms
Shipping costs related to returns under the 30-Day Guarantee are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
The refund is limited to the purchase price of the Product only, excluding initial shipping costs, which are not refunded under the 30-Day Guarantee.
A deduction may be applied in case of abnormal depreciation of the Product noted by Grounding-Sheet, which will be freely estimated between 20% and 70% of the value of the Product, depending on the condition of said Product and the usage it has undergone.
A restocking fee of €10.00 and a reconditioning fee for resale of €10.00 will be applied.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as that used for the order, within a minimum of 30 days following the receipt of the returned Product, subject to the absence of disputes.
In case of non-compliance with the procedure or suspicion of abuse, Grounding-Sheet reserves the right to refuse any refund and return the Product to the Customer at their expense.

Return from the local country: For our local customers, returns are completely free. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.
Return from a foreign country : Customers residing abroad are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure the safe receipt of your returned items.

Limit of One Use
The same Customer, identified by their email address, banking details, and/or shipping address, can only benefit from the 30-Day "Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back" Guarantee once per Product reference, within a rolling period of 12 months. Any repeated request may be refused without notice.

No Cumulative Offers
The 30-Day Guarantee cannot be combined with other promotional operations or specific commercial guarantees, unless expressly stated otherwise on the Site.
